Sports Physical Provided on Campus

Camden Middle School Sports Physical – 2026–2027 School Year

Are you looking to participate in sports during the 2026–2027 school year? All students must have a completed physical before the start of the season.

Camden Middle School is offering a Physical Assessment Service to help students meet this requirement.

Our Physical Assessment Service Provides:

• ✔ Screening by a licensed provider

• ✔ Eligibility for the upcoming season

Event Details:

• Location: CMS

• Dates: April 15 and April 21

• Time: During school hours

• No Charge

Physicals will be conducted by Dr. Nichole Hill of Pediatric Associates of Kershaw County, PA.
